I wanted to tell you how much I've appreciated working with you, you've been more than a manager to me, you were like a big brother, someone I could look up to. I learned so much from you, and your energy, enthusiasm, and leadership made every initiative better.

What I admired most was how you brought out the best in people. Whenever there was room for improvement, you never made it feel like a reprimand. You always encouraged us to do better, grow, and aim higher.
